长春西汀注射液对实验性短暂脑缺血样发作磷脂水平的影响

摘    要:目的:研究长春西汀注射液对实验性短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA) 磷脂水平的影响。方法:尾静脉注射过氧化物建立小鼠TIA 模型, 腹腔注射不同剂量的长春西汀, 诱发2 次TIA 后隔日断头取血测定血浆中溶血磷脂酸(LPA) 和酸性磷脂(PA) 的含量。结果:实验对照组的评分为7.090±0.696, 给予0.7 mg°kg-1°d-1 长春西汀后, 评分为3.576±0.569(P<0.05) 。TIA 组小鼠血浆中LPA 比对照组明显升高, 两组分别为6.305±0.190 和2.170±0.123 μmol°L-1 。长春西汀可逆转这一变化, 为4.523±0.406 μmol°L-1 。TIA 组小鼠血中PA 比对照组明显升高, 两组分别为9.100±0.185 和3.801±0.257 U, 而长春西汀组中PA 可降至6.972±0.247 U 。结论:实验性TIA 样小鼠出现血浆LPA 和PA 水平的异常。长春西汀有逆转作用, 可用于缺血性脑血管病的治疗。

Abstract:AIM: To study the effects and mechanisms of vinpocetine injection in treatment of mice with the transient ischemic attack (TIA).METHODS: TIA was induced by injection of peroxide in mice.Different doses of vinpocetine injection were injected every day. Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) and phosphatidic acid (PA) were assayed.RESULTS: The stroke score of mice inject with vinpocetine injection (0.7 mg°kg-1°d-1) was 3.576±0.569, while the score of the control group was 7.090±0.696(P<0.05).Plasma LPA of mice with TIA were increased compared with the control group.These were 6.305±0.190 and 2.170±0.123 μmol°L-1, respectively.After administration of vinpocetine injection, it decreased to 4.523±0.406 μmol°L-1.Plasma PA of mice with TIA were increased compared with the control group.These were 9.100±0.185 and 3.801±0.257 U, respectively.After administration of vipocetine injection, it decreased to 6.972±0.247 U.CONCLUSION: The plasma LPA and PA lever changes with experimental TIA in mice.Vipocetine injection can take the beneficial effect on them.
