摘    要:运用数字仿真技术研究主轴设计参数对其工作点动力特性的影响规律,结果表明轴承跨距的增加将降低主轴系统的固有频率,附加集中质量在主轴尾端对其动力特性的改变最明显,在轴承支撑处增加附加阻尼对主轴系统动柔度影响显著。

Abstract:With the technology of the data simulating and analyzing,the effect of the designing parameters on the system receptances of Spindle bearing system have been researched. The natural frequency is decreased as the bearing space is increased. The mass insert at the tail end of the spindle is more effective to change the system receptance than other positions. The position of damping near the rear bearing is the best.
