| 摘 要： | 高校实验室是国家创新体系的重要组成部分，是学校组织高水平教学研究和应用基础研究的重要基地。高校实验室的建设与管理直接关系到高校的学科建设与发展。然而从目前许多高校实验室的具体建设和管理中来看，还存在着不少急需解决的问题。本文分析了我国高校实验室建设与管理中存在的主要问题，并结合新形势下高等教育改革提出了一系列优化措施。
