摘    要:广东国华台山发电厂3、4号机组锅炉使用了等离子点火装置。等离子点火装置对锅炉摆动及汽温调节有影响;对再热器汽温有影响;对磨煤机有影响;对NOx排放、低负荷稳燃等有影响。等离子点火装置投运需采取如下措施:应确保启动、燃烧过程的安全;应确保燃烧运行过程的安全;应确保燃烧过程中各辅助设备的安全。使用了等离子点火装置后,实现了从机组吹管到168h结束零油耗的目标,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Plasma ignition systems are used on No.3 and 4 units in Guohua Taishan Power Plant.The plasma ignition system affects the boiler's operation in several ways,such as swing and steam temperature regulation,reheater steam temperature,coal pulverizer,NOx gas emission,low load stable combustion.To overcome those influences,one should insure the safety of startup,combustion and auxiliary equipments.Having adopted plasma igniter,the goal of zero oil consumption from startup to 168 h has achieved.The economic and social benefits are significant.
