| 摘 要： | 应用有限元软件ANSYS,建立了振动筛的有限元模型。进行谐响应分析,求出了振动筛工作状态下的动应力分布,并对其结构进行加强,使筛体动应力分布趋于均匀,应力水平整体降低,达到国家标准。

| Abstract: | Established the finite element model of vibrating screen by the ANSYS software. Acquired the dynamic stress distribution of vibrating screen in the state of working by harmonic response analysis. On the basis of this, strengthened the structure in order to make stress distribution more even and the stress level lower on the whole. Meeted the requirement of the state standard for vibrating screen. |
