摘    要:水利图件是水利工作中重要的信息载体及成果组成,具有数量庞大、种类繁杂、功能多样等特点。在梳理分析信息源基本特征的基础上,将水利图件管理系统(WFMS)设计为由系列数据图件管理子系统(SFMS)、图层图件管理子系统(LFMS)与成果图件库管理子系统(AFSM)3个子系统共同构成的信息系统,并分别对其结构、功能和数据流程进行分析与设计,以为水利图件及其信息管理研究提供一定参考。

Abstract:The water conservancy work is filled with diverse,multi-functional and numerous figures,among which the water conservancy figure has always played an important role by being the information media and component of accomplishments.Based on generalizing the concepts and the features of the water conservancy figures,we provided a highly efficient management system WFMS(Water Conservancy Figure Management System) with stability,fluency and flexibility,which was structured by 3 sub-management systems,including the series data sub-management system(SFMS),the layer primitive sub-management system(LFMS) and the achievable figure sub-management system(AFSM).Core functions and data process had also been analyzed and designed which may provide some reference for the further research of water conservancy figure and management.
