钽及钽合金管超声波检测技术研究

摘    要:文章介绍了钽及其合金管材的超声波探伤方法检测的研究过程、结论及方法,对小径薄壁管材进行超声波检测,对其检测数据进行分析、处理;通过相关试验并结合大量的剖解缺陷分析,确定了不同规格钽及其合金管材的超声波检测评判方法,对质量改进提供了实践可行的依据.

Abstract:The paper introduces the research process,conclusions and method of the tantalum and its alloy tube ultrasonic flaw detection,then it did the ultrasonic testing to the thin-walled tube,and analyzed and handled the test data.Through the relevant testing and a lot of dissection defect analysis,it determined the evaluation method of ultrasonic testing for different specifications of tantalum and its alloy,which provided a viable basis for the quality improvement.
