数控加工中图形仿真器的设计与实现

摘    要:文章主要研究数控图形仿真器的实现方法。首先介绍三维图形几何仿真数学模型。根据数控ANC_45M加工中心的图形仿真需求,对图形仿真器数学建模、图形裁减、三维图形层次感等问题进行研究与设计。并在加工中心的控制系统中用C语言实现。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the realization method of NC graph simulator, at first, the geometry model of three-dimensional figure was introduced, then study and design maths model, graph cut down, three dimension graph lays of graph simulator according to the graph demand of ANC-45M machining center, graph simulator was implement through C langue in control systems of machining center.
