火电厂磨煤机小齿轮补焊工艺

摘    要:大唐湘潭电厂1号炉3号钢球磨煤机运行时发现小齿轮崩齿,为了尽快使磨煤机授入运行,决定对小齿轮进行焊接修复.通过对小齿轮焊接性进行分析,提出采用异种材质的镍基焊条进行焊接修复,并制定了特殊焊接工艺进行现场修复,经检验获得良好效果,对国内其它火电厂解决类似问题具有重要参考价值.

Abstract:Pinion of No. 3 pulverizing mill of No. 1 boiler in Xiangtan Power Plant was fractured during operation. It was decided to repair it with welding in order to operate as soon as possible. Based on the analysis of pinion welding properties, Ni-base welding rod which is dissimilar with base metal was put forward for repairment, special welding procedure was established to repair on site which was proved to be effective and provided valuable experience for oth- er power plants to solve similar problem.
