| 摘 要： | 回顾福州城市住宅户型的发展历程,针对福州城市住宅户型空间模式的发展现状,指出当前福州城市住宅户型发展中存在的一些问题。并结合当前政策调控的形势下,提出福州城市住宅户型模式发展的方向和策略,以期对未来一定时期内福州城市住宅户型空间模式的健康、稳定发展有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Review of the urban residential unit development course in the city of Fuzhou,aimed at the urban residential unit development at the current,points out in the current situation of the development of the urban residential unit model in fuzhou that some problems existing in the development.Combining the current policy regulation,and puts forward the situation of fuzhou city residential unit pattern development direction and strategy for the future,in order to certain period of fuzhou urban residential unit model for the healthy and steady development have some of wrbanization. |
