摘    要:以太阳能板废玻璃取代部分偏高岭土制备地聚合物,研究了原料固液比对地聚合物性能的影响.结果表明:原料固液比为0.8的地聚合物具有较高抗压强度,且易于搅拌.固液比越高,地聚合物体积密度越大而孔隙率越小.反应程度随着固液比增加而增加.FTIR红外线光谱解析结果表明,代表Si—O—T振动的波峰强度随着固液比增加而增加.制备地聚合物的最佳操作条件:太阳能板废玻璃取代量为10%且固液比为0.8.

Effects of Solid/Liquid Ratio on Characteristics of Geopolymer Containing Waste Solar Panel Glass
Abstract:This study elucidated the effect of solid/liquid on the properties of geopolymer prepared with waste solar panel glass replacing part of metakaolinite.The results showed that the geopolymer at s/l of 0.8 had higher compressive strength and good workability.Additionally,as the bulk density increased,the porosity of the geopolymer decreased.FTIR spectra indicated that the principal peaks of Si-O-T increased with increasing of s/l.The degree of reaction of the geopolymer increased when s/l increased.The optimum condition was: when s/l = 0.8 and the amount of waste solar panel glass was 10%,the geopolymer in this condition had the favorable compressive strength.
