涂装车间楼面振动分析实例

摘    要:以某多层涂装车间为例,根据振动理论建立结构动力模型,并运用振型叠加法对楼板体系的振动响应进行动力分析.结果表明:结构前几个低阶模态均为结构整体振动,模型前十阶振型都在5Hz以下,风机振动和实测振动都在31 Hz左右,风机振动不会引起结构整体的共振问题.数值计算数据与现场振动实测结果较为接近,楼面的振动速度都在5 mm/s以内,不会对结构安全造成影响.

Abstract:According to the model theory of vibration, the structure dynamic model is established for a multi-lay- er coating workshop. By the mode superposition method, a dynamic analysis is carried out for floor system vibra- tion response. The results show that the first modes are structure overall vibration. The first ten order modes are under 5 Hz, while the fan vibration and the actual vibration are about 31 Hz. The fan vibration will not cause the overall responance of the structure. Numerical analysis data and field measured vibration data results are quite similar. The floor vibration velocity is within 5 mm/s and will not affect the safety of the struetura.
