摘    要:以炼油厂催化裂化装置油料换热系统为对象,应用夹点技术及TI法,形成具有最大能量回收特征的初始网络,并根据能量松驰原理及分枝调整技术,对初始网络进行最优调整,应用实例表明,换热器网络的最优设计具有实用性和经济价值.

Abstract:For the heat exchanging system of oil in the cracking unit of refinery, applying Pinch Point technology and TI method, an initial network with the characteristics of recovering energy to the greatest extent was established. Furthermore, basing on energy lax principle and branch adjustment technique, the optimum structural adjustment of this initial network was performed. It appeared that the optimum design of the heat exchanger network is practical and economical in examples.
