锦屏一级水电站工程建设重大关键技术研究与实践

摘    要:锦屏一级水电站拱坝高305 m,是世界已建第一高坝。工程遇有复杂地址条件高陡边坡、地下厂房围岩强度应力比世界最低、首次在高混凝土坝采用碱活性骨料、超高水头泄洪消能、高山峡谷区施工场地稀缺等重大技术难题,工程建设面临前所未有的挑战。参建各方通过科学研究、精心论证和精细管理,形成了复杂地形地质条件下拱坝边坡处理与抗力体加固、高性能混凝土制备、温控防裂与高效施工、地下厂房大变形控制、施工场地优化利用技术等创新技术。这些技术的应用,保障了锦屏一级水电站工程的成功建设,可为后续类似工程提供借鉴。目前,锦屏一级水电站工程已安全运行6年,运行状态良好。

Abstract:The arch dam of Jinping I Hydropower Station is 305m high, which is the highest dam in the world. The project was confronted with many major technical problems, such as high and steep slope with complex geological conditions, surrounding rock of underground powerhouse with the world''s lowest strength-stress ratio, alkali active aggregate used for the first time in high concrete dam, energy dissipa- tion of super-high head flood discharge, scarce construction site in high mountain canyon area. The project construction was facing unprecedented challenges. Through scientific research, careful argument and careful management,the participants have formed innovative technologies such as arch dam slope treatment and re- sistance reinforcement under complex topographic and geological conditions, high-performance concrete prep- aration, temperature control and crack prevention, efficient construction, large deformation control of under- ground powerhouse, and construction site optimization and utilization technology and so on. The application of these technologies ensures the successful completion of Jinping first stage hydropower station and can be used for reference for subsequent similar projects. The project has been in safe operation for 6 years and is in good condition.
