粘接剂对复合材料/钢自冲铆接头力学性能的影响

摘    要:为探究粘接剂对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)与镀锌高强钢(DP780)自冲铆单搭接头力学性能的影响,通过自冲铆设备分别制备CFRP-DP780自冲铆单搭接头和粘铆复合自冲铆单搭接头两种不同试件,通过拉伸-剪切试验测试其接头的静力学性能并分析其接头的失效形式。结果表明:与自冲铆接头相比,复合接头静强度提高45.3%,能量吸收值降低9.1%;粘接剂使得粘铆复合接头的钉脚张开度、残余底厚和钉头高度分别减少了0.052、0.046和0.052mm;复合接头的失效形式,表现为胶层断裂,CFRP板撕裂,机械内锁没有遭到破坏。自冲铆接头失效形式为碳纤维板缓慢撕裂,上板与铆钉分离,机械内锁完好。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to study the effects of adhesives on mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) and DP780 high-strength steel self-piercing riveting(SPR) single lap joints. In this paper, CFRP-DP780 SPR lap joints and SPR-adhensive lap joints were prepared by self-piercing riveting equipment. The static properties of the joints were tested by lap-shear test and the failure modes of the joints were analyzed. The results show that compared with the self-piercing riveting joint, the static strength of composite joint is increased by 45.3% and an the energy absorption decrease by 9.1%. The adhesive makes the rivet spread, remaining bottom thickness and rivet head height of the rivet composite joint reduced by 0.052 mm, 0.046 mm and 0.052 mm, respectively; The failure mode of the composite joint is characterized by the fracture of the rubber layer, the tear of the CFRP sheet, and the mechanical internal lock is not damaged.The failure mode of the SPR joint is that the carbon fiber sheet is slowly torn, the upper sheet is separated from the rivet, and the mechanical lock is intact.
