摘    要:以东昆仑某难处理金矿石为研究对象,用先进的矿物分析系统(MLA)与传统工艺矿物学研究方法相结合,查明该矿石的物质组成以及金的矿物种类、金的粒度特征及嵌布状态、主要载金矿物的嵌布粒度、金在矿石中的赋存状态等;在此基础上,采用MLA诊断分析各选冶流程中影响该金矿石选冶的工艺矿物学因素。结果表明,该矿石中具有高砷低硫,易泥化的特点;金矿物种类多,可浮性差别大;金矿物的嵌布粒度微细;载金矿物种类多,嵌布粒度细,属于极难选冶金矿石。针对这些特点,提出适合矿石性质的脱泥-细磨浮选-水冶的优化方案。

Abstract:A difficult-to-treat gold ore in a migmatite from East Kunlun, China was investigated by combining the international advanced Mineral Liberation Analyser (MLA) with conventional mineralogical techniques. Its mineralogical compositions, the type of gold in the ore, the grain size distribution characteristics of gold carriers, inlay state and the size of gold, the mode of gold occurrence were identified. On this basis, MLA diagnostic analysis was used to analyze the process mineralogical factors affecting the gold ore recovery in each process. The results showed that it had the characteristics of high arsenic, low sulfur and easy sludge. There are multiple types of gold minerals with fine-grained size, and the floatability varies greatly, so it is a refractory ore. Based on these characteristics of the ore, an optimized plan of desliming-fine grinding flotation-water metallurgy suitable for the nature of ore is proposed.
