摘    要:以朱集西矿11-2煤层首采工作面为工程背景,分析了其瓦斯赋存的影响因素及赋存特征|通过对瓦斯含量组分及煤层解吸特征实验室测试结果分析,论证了采用瓦斯含量为指标进行区域突出危险性预测的合理性,并研究确定了7.23m/t为指标临界值。采用瓦斯含量法将工作面划分出4个突出危险区,仅对突出危险区采取了顺层长钻孔预抽的区域防突措施及防突措施效果检验。经现场应用,无突出危险区执行区域验证期间未出现钻孔瓦斯动力现象,且回采期间回风流瓦斯浓度维持在0.45%以下,未出现瓦斯超限事故,实现了工作面的安全回采,验证了区域预测结果的准确性,为类似条件下煤层突出危险性预测提供了理论支撑。

Abstract:Taking the first working face of 11-2 coal seam of Zhujixi Mine as the engineering background,the influencing factors and characteristics of gas occurrence are analyzed.Based on the analysis of gas content and components,as well as laboratory test results of coal seam desorption characteristics,the rationality of using gas content index to predict outburst risk area is demonstrated,and the critical value of gas content is determined to be 7.23 m^3/t,the working face is divided into 4 outburst risk areas,the outburst prevention measures and the effectiveness inspection of outburst prevention measures are taken only for the outburst risk areas.According to the field application,no gas dynamic phenomenon occurred in the outburst riskfree areas,and the gas concentration in return air remained below 0.45%during mining with no gas over-run accident.Safety mining of the working face was realized,and the regional prediction accuracy was verified.
