摘    要:在能源互联网背景下对分布式发电系统的运营模式进行分析,基于传统统购统销运营模式提出了面向能源互联网的分布式发电系统聚合服务商运营模式,分析了聚合服务商运营模式参与的2种主要辅助服务类型,并提出了相应的预期成本及收益计算方法。以某工业园区为例进行数值分析,得到分布式能源系统在2种模式下的成本及收益,并就其关键参数,包括上网电价、光伏补贴电价、辅助服务价格、出力分配系数等,采用控制变量法分析其对静态投资回收期的影响。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the operation mode of the distributed generation system under the background of the energy internet. Based on the traditional "unified purchase and sale" operation mode, the operation mode of the "aggregation service provider" for distributed power generation with the energy internet technology was proposed. The two main auxiliary service types involved in the "aggregation service provider" operating mode were analyzed, and the corresponding calculation methods for expected costs and benefits were proposed. Taking an industrial park as an example for numerical analysis, the costs and benefits of the distributed energy system under the above two modes were obtained, and the influence of key parameters such as power grid prices, photovoltaic subsidy prices, auxiliary service prices and output distribution coefficients on the static payback period have been demonstrated.
