摘    要:为综合判定抚顺、鸡西、石河子、六枝、淮南和中梁山六个地区的煤矿石的活性情况,通过煅烧手段和XRD测试方法对煤矸石进行试验分析,得出结论:当煅烧温度为800~900℃时,高岭土等粘土矿物会转变为类偏高岭石相,基本上不含硅铝尖晶石和莫来石相;煅烧温度为900~1 000℃时,高岭土虽仍以偏高岭石相为主,但开始出现硅铝尖晶石和莫来石;1 000~1 200℃,高岭土的莫来石化进一步增加;当煅烧温度达到1 200℃,煅烧产物的莫来石特征峰已明显增强,已由偏高岭土转变为莫来石相,主要成分是莫来石和非晶质二氧化硅;通过对比得出六个不同地区的煤矸石最佳活化温度为900℃,并且煤矸石的活性主要来源于高岭土等黏土和长石类矿物在高温下形成的无定型SiO_2和Al_2O_3。因此,在水泥水化过程中,煤矸石中的SiO_2和Al_2O_3会和Ca(OH)_2发生反应,使得化学平衡方程向左移动。

Abstract:In order to comprehensively determine the activity of coal mine stones in Fushun,Jixi,Shihezi,Liuzhi,Huainan and Zhongliangshan areas,we make coal gangue tests and analysis by means of calcination method and XRD test. When calcination temperature is 800 ~ 900 ℃,clay minerals will transform into metakaolinite-like phase; when calcination temperature is 900 ~ 1 000 ℃,the silica-alumina spinel and mullite begin to appear; when calcination temperature is 1 000 ~ 1 200 ℃,mullite of kaolin will increase further; when calcination temperature is 1 200 ℃,mullite has obviously increased,and has changed from metakaolin to mullite phase. The main components are mullite and amorphous silica. The best activation temperature of coal gangue is 900 ℃ in the six areas,and the activity of coal gangue mainly comes from the amorphous SiO2 and Al2O3 formed by clay and feldspar minerals such as kaolin under high temperature. Therefore,SiO2 and Al2O3 in gangue react with Ca( OH) 2 in the process of cement hydration,which makes the chemical equilibrium equation move to the left.
