摘    要:为解决水尺计重人工观测中存在的人为误差、效率低、纠纷多等问题,文章以水尺计重全自动计量为研究核心,运用传感技术、无线通信、图像处理等多学科理论知识,采用理论分析、优化算法和现场检测相结合的方法,分析复杂环境下不同船舶水尺视频的特点和规律,开发水尺计重便携式设备及图像识别系统软件,构建水尺计重自动检测图像识别系统,实验测试表明:系统运行稳定,误差小、准确度高。彻底解决水尺计重各环节人工观测并记录的落后状况,实现我国煤炭运输船水尺计重的科学、高效、安全、公正鉴定。

Abstract:Aiming at the artificial intervention,personal errors,low efficiency and frequent dispute in draft survey manual observation,with the research core of automatic measurement in draft survey,based on sensor technology,wireless communication,image processing of multi subject knowledge,theoretical analysis,optimization algorithm and field test are carried out to analyze the characteristics and regularity of different ships’draft videos under complex environment.Portable draft survey equipment and image recognition software are developed,and an image recognition system for draft survey automatic detection is established.The experimental results show that the system runs stably,with small error and high accuracy,which can change the backwardness of manual observing and recording in draft survey,and realize the scientific,efficient and safe,fair weight appraisal of coal carrier in China.
