固定式燃气轮机大气污染物排放标准限值的选择

随着环保要求的严格与固定式燃气轮机装机容量的提高，其NO_x排放的影响日益受到关注。此外，目前国标《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》中关于颗粒物、SO₂的排放限制设定依据不准确，缺少指导意义。首先对NO_x、SO₂、颗粒物等常规大气污染物的来源、标准现状、排放现状、监测方法等方面进行对比分析。根据江苏省固定式燃气轮机改造的技术可行性、标准先进性与可实施性以及经济环境效益，建议将NO_x的排放限值定为15 mg/m³，并取消SO₂、颗粒物的排放限值。

On the Determination of Emission Standards for Air Pollutants Released from Stationary Gas Turbines

As the environmental protection requirements become more stringent and installed capacity of stationary gas turbines keeps growing, the impacts of NO_x emissions have been receiving increasingly more attention. However, the current national standard of "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants of Thermal Power Plants" does not provide sufficient guidelines because its emission limit settings are not well defined for particulate matter and SO₂. This paper firstly compares and analyzes the pollutant sources, current status of the standards, emission status and monitoring methods of conventional air pollutants in terms of NO_x, SO₂ and particulate matter. Then, in the aspects of the technical feasibility, the advantages and usability of the standard, as well as the economic and environmental benefits in the transformation of stationary gas turbines carried out in Jiangsu Province, it is recommended that the NO_x limit should be set to 15 mg/m³, and the emission limit of SO₂ and particulate matter should be abolished.
