水工结构破坏性动力模型试验仿真混凝土性能研究

摘    要:在水工结构破坏性动力模型试验中,根据相似比控制模型材料的密度、弹性模量和强度等多项力学性能与原型材料对应相似是决定试验成果合理可信的关键技术。为改进和提高仿真混凝土的相似性,以粗骨料、细骨料、水泥为控制变量设计不同配比方案,对其力学性能进行测试,并进一步对比研究了不同细骨料及其不同组分对仿真混凝土性能的影响。试验研究发现,相比常用的硫酸钡粉和矿石粉,滑石粉作为细骨料可以有效降低仿真混凝土的强度和弹性模量,控制仿真混凝土的密度和拉压强度比接近常规混凝土,滑石粉不失为仿真混凝土细骨料的一种选择。试验得出重晶石砂、硫酸钡粉、矿石粉、滑石粉、水泥等不同组分对仿真混凝土材料性能的影响规律,可为确定相似比模型试验中仿真混凝土材料的配比提供有益参考。

Abstract:In the destructive dynamic model experiment of hydraulic structure,the key technology for determining the reasonability and dependability is controlling several mechanical performances,i. e. the density,elastic modulus,strength,etc.,of the model material to be corresponded and similar to those of the prototype material by the similarity ratio. In order to improve and enhance the similarity of the simulated concrete,different concrete mixing ratios are designed by taking coarse aggregate,fine aggregate and cement as the control variables for testing their mechanical performances,and then the influences from different fine aggregates and their different components on the performance of the simulated concrete are further compared and studied. The experimental study finds out that compared with the conventionally used barium sulfate powder and ore powder,taking talc powder as the fine aggregate can effectively decrease the strength and elastic modulus of the simulated concrete and then control the density and the tension-compression strength ratio to be approached to those of the conventional concrete,thus the talc powder can yet be regarded as a selection for the fine aggregate of the simulated concrete. From the experiment,the laws of the influences from the different components of barite sand,barium sulfate powder,ore powder,talc powder,cement,etc. on the material performances of the simulated concrete are obtained,which can provide useful references for determining the material mixing ratio of the simulated concrete in the similarity ratio model experiment concerned.
