摘    要:大位移井、深水井和超深井钻井中Φ149.3 mm钻杆旋转台肩接头不能满足API标准高抗扭矩的要求,限制了Φ149.3 mm钻杆性能的发挥。为了充分发挥Φ149.3 mm钻杆的性能,基于有限单元法理论,根据钻杆接头轴对称的特点,将三维问题简化为二维问题,设计了一种新型Φ149.3 mm钻杆双台肩接头,使用ANSYS软件模拟近似分析接头螺纹在各种情况下的强度,再与Φ139.7 mm接头对比,验证其高抗扭矩的性能。通过ANSYS模拟计算,证明了Φ149.3 mm钻杆双台肩接头的高抗扭性能,能够满足现场的应用。

Abstract:For ERD drilling, deep water drilling and ultradeep drilling, the rotary shouldered joint of 5 7/8″ (Φ149.3 mm)drill pipe can not meet the API high torque requirements, which has restricted the performance of  Φ149.3 mm drill pipe. Thus based on finite element theory and the axial symmetry feature of the drill pipe joint, the 3D issue is simplified into 2D issue, and a new type double shoulder joint is designed for 5 7/8″ drill pipe. The ANSYS software is used to simulate and analyze the strength of the joint threads under all kinds of conditions. After comparison with 5 1/2″ drill pipe, the new joint pipe is proved to have higher torque performance. And the ANSYS simulation calculation further proves the high torque capability of the 5 7/8″ double shoulder joint drill pipe can meet the field requirements.
