火焰热喷涂方法制备金属粉末的研究

摘    要:为了研究热喷涂方法制备金属粉末的可能性,用氧乙炔热喷涂方法将Al、Zn和1Cr18Ni9Ti等线材制成金属粉末,采用光透射法测试粉末的粒度及其分布,用SEM观察粉末颗粒的形貌,分析了粉末粒径与喷涂工艺参数的关系。实验结果表明用热喷涂方法制备金属粉末是可行的,制备的粉末最大颗粒直径不超过80μm,分布范围窄;送丝速度的降低有利于制备较细的金属粉末。

Abstract:Linear materials such as Al,Zn and 1Cr18Ni9Ti are made into metal powder by flame thermal spray(FTS) to study the possibility of preparing metal powder by thermal spray. The average diameter and distribution spectrum are analyzed by light-permeating method,and the morphologic appearances of the powders are studied by SEM,and the relationships between the particle size and the parameters of FTS are analyzed. The study shows that preparation of metal powder by FTS is feasible ,and maximum diameter of powder is no more than 80μm and there is a narrow granularity spectrum ,the reducton of the linear materials sending speed contributes to making much finer metal powder.
