小型水电站集群控制的探讨

摘    要:针对小型水电站在成本、安全、经济以及运行人员劳动强度等方面的问题,介绍了引领小型水电站监控领域发展主流的集群控制技术--集遥控、遥测、遥信、遥调、遥视等功能于一体的流域梯级电站远程集中监控系统,包括设计原则、基本结构、系统功能等,并探讨了几种主流监控系统的结构及其功能.

Abstract:In view of the costs,security,economic and labor intensity of operators in small hydropower stations,the technology of cluster controlling which leads the development mainstream of small hydropower,including remote control,remote measure,remote communication,remote adjust and remote monitor,is introduced.Also,the design principle,basic structure,system function,etc.are depicted here.Finally,the structure and function of several mainstream cluster controlling systems are explored.
