| 摘 要： | 校本管理是高校现代教育管理的新方式,是世界各国高校教育管理改革的潮流,对高校教育改革有着重要的推动作用。应充分认识高校校本管理的内涵与意义,明确高校校本管理的内容体系,形成高校校本管理的创新思路,提高高校管理效率与管理民主化。

| Abstract: | The school-based management is one of the new ways of modern education management of universities.It is also the trend of all countries in the world in higher education management reform,which gives main impetus to the education reform to uni-versities.We should be fully acquainted with its connotation and significance,clarify on its system,have the innovative thinking on it to improve the efficiency and democratization of university management. |
