摘    要:根据北溪水闸下游消能防冲设施存在的主要问题,采用理论分析结合模型实验,经过方案比选,拟定采用一级消力池底流消能、加长并加固海漫和防冲槽的除险加固措施,成功地解决了该工程几十年来存在的安全隐患.

Abstract:According to the existing main problems of energy dissipation and erosion control facilities in downstream of Beixi sluice,the paper analyzes the causes by using the theoretical analysis and model experiment.Through the scheme comparison,these measures are adopted to resolve engineering existing security risks for decades,which inclued the primary stilling pool energy dissipation by hydraulic jump,the extended and reinforced apron and the danger-eliminating and reinforcing of anti-scour groove.
