快速凝固Al-Cr-Zr-Nb合金的显微组织及析出过程

摘    要:利用透射电镜 (TEM )、能谱分析 (EDS)和X射线衍射 (XRD)技术研究了快速凝固Al-Cr -Zr -Nb合金的显微组织及析出过程。结果表明 :在快速凝固条件下 ,形成等轴晶和胞状晶结构 ,Zr、Cr、Nb元素固溶在过饱和Al基固溶体中。而在随后的 35 0℃× 2h退火处理后 ,有少量Al13Cr2 相和亚稳超点阵Ll2 -Al3Zr相析出 ;经 5 0 0℃×2h退火处理后 ,亚稳Ll2 -Al3Zr相转变为稳定相DO2 3 -Al3Zr,并有大量Al13Cr2 相析出。Al基点阵参数的变化与上述时效过程相一致

Abstract:The microstructure and precipitation process of the rapidly solidified Al-Cr-Zr-Nb alloy have been investigated using TEM,EDS,XRD.The results indicate that,the equiaxed and cellular crystal structures were formed under rapid solidification,and Zr,Cr and Nb were retained in Al-matrix supersaturated solid solution;during subsequent 350℃×2h heat treatment,a small amount of fine particles of Al 13 Cr 2 phase and metastable Ll 2-Al 3Zr phase precipitated;during 500℃×2h annealing treatment,the metastable Ll 2-Al 3Zr phase transferred into stable DO 23 -Al 3Zr phase,and a great quantity of Al 13 Cr 2 phase particles precipitated;the change of Al-matrix lattice parameters were consistent with the above-mentioned aging process.
