| 摘 要： | 本文设计与实现了一种基于TMS320F2812的烟支漏气检测系统,详细阐述了该系统的硬件构成、软件流程。系统以TMS320F2812处理器为核心建立硬件平台,通过采集烟支漏气信号,经过信号预处理和A/D转换后,由DSP判断烟支的质量并最终通过以太网将检测结果传输到工控机上。

| Abstract: | This paper designs and implements a system of detecting the air leakage cigarettes based on TMS320F2812. The ideas of the hardware architecture, the developing flow of software are expounded. The system is implemented on the hardware platform using TMS320F2812 processor. By capturing cigarette air leakage signals, and after signal pre-processing and A/D converting, processor determines the quality of cigarette, and ultimately sends the results to an industrial control computer on Ethernet network. |
