射流型磁场排布方式控制结晶器内液流的实验研究

摘    要:以水银为介质,通过物理模拟实验考察射流型磁场排布方式对中厚板坯连铸结晶器内流场的控制.采用超声波Doppler 测速仪测量有、无磁场下的结晶器内液态金属流速,研究磁场排布和强度对水口出流、结晶器内流动、液面流动、结晶器窄面模壁的冲刷作用等的影响.实验显示,射流型磁场排布方式使水口出流流速受到比通常磁场排布方式更强的抑制...
