| 摘 要： | 利用图像梯度可反映图像的空间结果及图像相关系数能够反映人眼的空间复杂度掩盖特性的性质，提出根据失真图像梯度与参考图像梯度间的相关系数来反映图像的内容失真，然后结合图像的亮度失真来评价图像质量的方法．使用该质量评估方法测得的失真视频客观质量评分与其主观质量评分有很好的一致性．

| Abstract: | A new full-reference video quality assessment method is presented. The image gradient reflects the spatial structure of the image and the correlation coefficient of the image reflects the activity masking characteristic of the human visual system. Therefore, the correlation coefficient of the gradient between the reference image and the distortion image is used to assess the distortion of image content, which is combined with the luminance distortion to obtain the image quality. Experimental results illustrating the performance of the proposed method are presented and evaluated. |
