摘    要:为了了解滑履磨机焊缝残余应力的大小和分布规律,该文应用盲孔法对中材建设有限公司生产的某型号磨机的圆平板与圆筒体之间的环焊缝及其近缝区的表面残余应力进行了现场测试。通过对测试数据的分析和整理,得到了退火前和退火后测点位置的表面残余应力的分布情况,为生产实际和进一步总结焊接结构的余应力分布规律提供了基础。

Abstract:In order know the size and the distribution of residual stresses of mill welding seam,this paper uses blind-hole method to test the girth welds between round plate and the cylinder body of the mill produced by CBMI CONSTRUCTION CO.,LTD.The residual stress distribution rule and size in the test region is obtained by the analysis and settlement of testing data in the condition of anneal and non-anneal,and this research may provide a base for the practice and summarization of residual stress distribution rule.
