| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育进入大众化的新阶段。国际上,经济全球化、政治多极化、文化多元化。国内社会主义市场经济体制日益完善。这些给高校德育工作提出了新的挑战。这里在分析了网络给高校德育工作带来的新问题的基础上,提出了如何构建基于校园网络的德育体系的具体可行方法。
