| 摘 要： | 涂料染色时，织物用增深剂处理后，纤维表面带阳电荷，可提高涂料利用率及染深性，降低能耗和污水及化学品的排放量。通过对涂料轧染工艺和助剂进行的优选，提出了新型涂料轧染工艺流程及后序整理工艺。

| Abstract: | The fabric treated with deepening agent prior to pigment dyeing to improve utilizing ratio of pigment and deep dyeing property. Energy consumption, sewage and chemicals discharge could be decreased. Process and auxiliary of pigment pad dyeing were optimized. New process procedure of pigment pad dyeing and finishing process were presented. |
