摘    要:对近年来国内外催化裂化工艺在加工能力、装置规模、新工艺新催化剂开发,催化裂化工艺在重油加工中的作用等进行了综述。对进一步提高催化裂化技术水平提出了几点意见,如延长装置运行周期,提高装置负荷率;提高催化裂化装置加工劣质原料的技术水平;加快清洁燃料生产技术的开发工作;增产轻质烯烃等。

Abstract:A summary is given on the FCC technology development at home and abroad in recent years, including the process capacity, unit scale, new process technology and new catalyst as well as the role FCC process in residuum processing. Suggestions have been proposed on further upgrading FCC technology: (1) Prolonging operating cycle of the unit and increasing unit load; (2) Increasing the technology levels of inferior feedstock processing; (3) Accelerating the technology development of clean fuel production; (4) Enhancing light olefin production.
