光伏组件用EVA封装胶膜的老化研究进展

摘    要:综述了自上世纪80年代以来乙烯一醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的老化机理及研究成果,介绍了光伏组件用EVA配方及结构对封装胶膜老化性能和使用寿命的影响。提出了光伏组件封装胶膜老化研究存在的问题。

Abstract:The degradation mechanism of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and its research work since 1980' s were summarized. The effect of formulation and structure of EVA on aging properties and shelf life of encapsulation films was introduced. The degradation problem of EVA films in encapsulating photovoltaic modules was also put forward.
