摘    要:非均匀运动可以由伺服电机带动中间传输机构完成。介绍了对于高速重载下的非均匀运动产生的机电一体化两自由度综合驱动机构。该机构有两个驱动源,具有传统的常速电机驱动机构能量存储与释放的优点,又具有伺服电机驱动装置可编程控制的特点。该驱动使用了优化设计方法,主要驱动能量和扭矩由常速电机提供,伺服电机只直运动调制的作用,即在一种基本运动的基础上,由伺服电机改变运动而导致装置进行了比较,结果表明,只有综合机构能同时减少作用在伺服电机上的扭矩和功率,从而为高速重载下非均匀运动的产生提供了一个很好的驱动源。

Abstract:Non uniform motion can be produced by using a servo motor to drive a middle transmission system. For a non uniform motion production in high speed and heavy load cases, a mechatronics , two degree of freedom mechanism is introduced in this paper. This mechanism is of two driving sources.The device not only has advantageous of constant speed motor for energy storing and releasing, but also has programmable ability of servo motor driving device and is optimally designed. Main power and torque are provided by constant speed motor and servo motor only modules output motion, that is, when servo motor motion is slightly changed, the output motion of this device will be changed so that various non uniform motions can be produced. A comparison of servo motor drive device, direct servo motor drive and the mechatronics device is carried out. The results indicate that only the mechatronics device can save both torque and power acted on servo motor which provides a good drive source for high speed and heavy load case.
