| Abstract: | The outdoor and indoor measurement of natural gamma radiation in Zanjan province (Iran) was made using a Geiger-Muller dosemeter. The average outdoor and indoor dose rates were determined as 127 +/- 20 and 135 +/- 23 nSv h(-1), respectively. The average annual effective dose was calculated as 0.82 mSv, which is more than the same value worldwide. |
