RB40钢结硬质合金热镦模复合强化处理的研究

摘    要:选用RB40钢结硬质合金新型工程材料制造热镦螺栓开式镦模,进行了锻造和复合强化热处理,试验表明,采用RB40钢结硬质合金代替3Cr2W8V,模具寿命提高20~25倍.

Abstract:Select the RB40 steel bonded carbide material to produce heat forging bolt open-die, carry on forging and the strengthened compound heat treatment, experiment indicate, after using the RB40 steel bonded carbide to replace 3Cr2W8V, the life enhance 20-25 times.
