蜂窝状微孔结构纤维表面形态观察及其统计分析

摘    要: 为研究蜂窝状微孔结构纤维的表面形态和微孔特征,选取不同批次的纤维试样,采用不同浓度的洗涤剂对纤维表面进行处理,利用扫描电镜拍摄SEM照片,实验得出:1.5%的碱溶液清洗过的纤维表面形态最利于观察。对微孔的形状及其种类进行了观察和分析,发现大多数纤维表面分布着线形形状的微孔,其中少量特殊的纤维,其表面的微孔接近椭圆形,利用图形处理工具测量了各种微孔的几何尺寸,运用统计软件统计了微孔孔径的尺寸分布,提出了表征孔径的参数。

Abstract:In order to study the surface structure and the characteristic of the honeycomb micropore fiber,several groups of the fiber cleaned with sodium hydroxide lye with various concentration were selected as the observation samples.The surface and cross section of the fiber were observed with scan electron microscope.SEM photos with different magnifications were obtained.The results showed that the best cleaning concentration for the honeycomb micropore fiber is 1.5% NaOH.Observation and analysis of the fiber sur...
