稀土镀铬添加剂性能研究

摘    要:对某稀土镀铬添加剂进行了研究采用三平行试样法测试了镀铬液的电流效率,赫尔槽法测试了镀铬液的分散能力,平行阴极法测试了镀铬液的覆盖能力,最后采用贴滤纸法进行了镀层的红点试验结果表明,与标准镀液相比,使用该添加剂后,可以在较低温度下得到更高的电流效率,而且镀铬液的分散能力、覆盖能力以及耐腐蚀性能都得到明显提高。

Abstract:A rare earth chrome plating additive was studied. The current efficiency, throwing power and covering power of the chrome plating bath were tested by three-parallel-sample method, Hull cell method and parallel-cathode method respectively. Furthermore, the red-point test of chrome plating coatings was carried out by filter paper-sticking method. Results show that the chrome plating bath using this additive has a higher current efficiency at lower temperature compared with that of standard chrome plating bath, and the throwing power, covering power and corrosion resistance are improved apparently.
