摘    要:选用廉价易得的Al(OH)_3为掺杂铝源,制备掺杂量为x=0.01(计量数)的Li_0.97Al_0.01FePO_4和纯LiFePO_4正极材料,并对其进行XRD、SEM分析和电化学性能测试.经过与LiFePO_4标准谱图对照,Li_0.97Al_0.01FePO_4样品的主要晶相为橄榄石结构的磷酸亚铁锂.在室温,0.1 C倍率恒电流充放电条件下,Li_0.97Al_0.01FePO_4的首次放电比容量为134.0 mAh·g~(-1),且放电容量在前15次循环中非常平稳,后略有减少.第20次循环放电比容量达到129.21 mAh·g~(-1),与未掺杂LiFePO_4材料相比,表现出更高的比容量和优良的循环性能.

Abstract:With XRD,SEM analysis and electrochemical performance test,pure LiFePO4 and Li0.97Al0.01FePO4 cathode materials using cheap and available Al(OH) 3 as Al source,whose doping mol content was 0.01,were studied.Comparing with standard pattern of LiFePO4 ,the main crystal phase of Li0.97Al0.01FePO4 is olivine structure. The testing results show that an initial discharge capacity of 134.0 mAh.g-1 at 0.1 C is achieved for the Li0.97Al0.01FePO4,which remains stable at the first 15 cycles and decreases a little afte...
