摘    要:提出基于灰色关联度和理想解法相结合处理输电网规划决策的方法,该方法通过在传统的理想解法中引入灰色关联度的概念,将欧式距离与灰色关联度有机结合,针对输电网规划决策中常常出现难以决策各个方案优劣的问题,构造了一种新的相对贴近度来决策方案的优劣,克服了使用单一方法造成决策问题主客观因素考虑不够全面所造成的误差,增强了对输电网规划方案评价结果的可信度。

Abstract:Aiming at solving multi-criteria decision(MCDM) problems in transmission network planning,a new decision-making method based on gray correlation degree and TOPSIS was proposed.On the basis of introducing the concept of gray correlation degree into traditional TOPSIS,the author combined the Euclidean distance with gray cor-relation degree and established a new kind of relative similarity degree to decide the quality of alternatives.The method could overcome error originated from biased thinking due to subjective and objective factors in decision-mak-ing problem when using single method and boosts up reliability of evaluation result in transmission network planning.
