长柱塞注汽转抽两用抽油泵的设计与应用

为满足稠油单井吞吐注汽工艺的需要 ,设计了长柱塞注汽转抽两用抽油泵。这种泵采用在中间接箍上开槽的结构实现注汽转抽 ,注抽转换简单 ,需要注汽时只要下放柱塞 ,露出注汽孔 ,即可注汽 ,抽油时上提柱塞即可正常工作 ,结构简单 ,操作方便 ,大大节约了作业费用和时间 ;同时针对稠油含砂严重 ,在结构设计上还使泵具备防砂功能。这种泵在新疆克拉玛依油田采油一厂和采油五厂获成功使用 ,取得了良好效果

Design and application of long-plunger subsurface pump for steam injection and oil production

In order to meet the need of steam stimulation in a single hole, a long-plunger subsurgace pump for the purpose of both steam injection and oil prodcution is developed. The pump can realize easily the conversion between steam injection and oil production by adopting a structure of grooved middle coupling. By lowering the plunger and exposing the steam injection hole, steam injection can be started, while the well fluid can be produced by pulling up the plunger. To keep normal operation in heavy oil wells, the pump is designed with anti-sand function. The pump has been used successfully in Xinjiang field.
