摘    要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司庆阳石化分公司1.6 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置建成投产后,第一个生产周期整体运行良好,在2012年5月装置大检修中,发现沉降器结焦严重,制约了装置长周期运行。分析认为根本原因是二段提升管旋风分离器出口直接进入沉降器顶部空间,结构型式不合理,造成油气在沉降器中停留时间过长(22~26 s),在催化剂的作用下二次反应增多,势必造成结焦。为了有效解决该问题,利用大检修之际将沉降器中Ⅰ,Ⅱ级旋风分离器连接型式改造为直联结。装置于2012年6月10日一次性开车成功,经过一个月的连续运行,运行良好,产品质量达标,综合商品率提高1.81%,油浆固含量全面达标,为装置长周期安全运行奠定了基础。

Abstract:The 1.6 MM TPY RFCC of PetroChina Qingyang Petrochemical Company unit was operating very well in the 1 ^st operating cycle after start-up. But serious coking problem was found in the settler in the scheduled overhaul in May 2012, which was the bottleneck for the long-term stable operation of the unit. The analysis concluded that the root causes of coking in settler were that: the outlet of 2nd-stage cyclone separator directly ran into the space of settler, which resulted in longer residence time of oil vapor inside the settler (22 - 26 seconds) and increased the secondary reactions like condensation reaction, etc of oil vapor under the effect of catalysts. The coking was the final results. To debottleneck this problem, the connection of 1 st-stage and 2nd-stage cyclone separators in the settler was changed to coupling connection. The unit was restarted up on June 10, 2012 after revamping. The one month's operation shows that, the unit is stable in operation, the products meet the required specifications, the equipment is in good conditions, the commercial product rate is raised by 1.81% and the solids in slurry is within specification, which have provided good conditions for the long-term safe operation of the unit.
