| 摘 要： | 常规的中性浴染色工艺认为:某些色泽比较鲜艳、色牢度较好并可被还原剂破坏的直接染料不能上染真丝纤维。采用酸浴染色不但可使这些染钭上染,而且上染率很高。本文就直接染料染真丝的主要工艺因素对上染的影响进行了分析和讨论。

| Abstract: | According to conventional technology of neutral-bath dyeing, direct dyes with bright colour and good colour fastness and dischargeable by reductants can not be used in the dyeing of silk fibre. In an acid-bath, however, not only this kind of dyes can be used . for dyeing silk fibre, but quite high exhaustion rates can be achieved. The effects of the main technological conditions on the exhaustion of dyes in dyeing silk with direct dyes are analysed and discussed. |
