| 摘 要： | 城市电力负荷的快速增长,势必会带来城市电网谐波污染的加剧。谐波污染不仅危害电网安全运行,而且影响用户的电能计量。本文分析了常规电能表的基本计量原理,指出了在谐波污染下常规电能表的计量存在的一些不足,并提出了一些改进建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the city power loads, the electric harmonic pollution is becoming stronger and stronger.The electric harmonic pollution not only threatens the safety of the power grid,but also affects the metering of electric energy.The article analyzes the theory of general watt-hour meters and indicates the shortage of general watt-hour meters with the effect of harmonic.Also,some suggestions are given in this paper. |
