摘    要:风电场的有功功率具有间歇性和波动性,而无功功率则取决于风电场所使用的风电机组类型及其控制系统。大规模风电场接入地区电网后,将对电网的无功和电压控制带来一定的影响,研究风电场对电网无功/电压问题的影响十分重要。以多个风电场接入某地区电网为例,通过潮流计算分析了风电场引起的电压问题,给出了关键节点电压随风电场有功变化的P-V曲线。针对风电场引起的电网无功/电压控制问题,提出了无功补偿方案。结果表明:风电场升压站位置对无功补偿方案的影响不容忽视;在分析风电场接入地区电网引起的电压问题时,应考虑多个风电场之间的相互影响;系统无功补偿设计方案,应满足风电场不同出力状态下的要求。

Abstract:The output of wind farms has the characteristic of intermittence and fluctuation,while the reactive power of wind farms depends on the type of wind turbine and its control system.The impact of integration of large scale of wind power on reactive power/voltage regulation of regional power grid will be significant,which need to be studied.Taking a regional power grid with several wind farms for an example,the voltage problems due to wind farms were investigated via load flow calculations,and P-V curves of concerned nodes were given.Then,the reactive power compensation scheme was presented for the voltage regulation problems caused by wind farms.The research results show that the impact of the location of the wind farm's substation on reactive and voltage cannot be ignored,and the interaction between the wind farms should be considered.Furthermore,the reactive power compensation scheme for wind farm integrating should meet the requirements under different levels of the output of wind farms.
