Establishment of Elevation Anomaly Models in Small and Medium-sized Urban Planning Areas

With the first order polynomial method, the authors establish elevation anomaly models in different urban planning areas by discrete method, solving the transformation of the elevation system from WGS-84 coordinates to local coordinates in small and medium-sized cities, promoting the wide application of network RTK technology and improving the surveying and mapping capacity for city planning and construction.
