| 摘 要： | 简述红磷公司2套浓缩装置主要设备——石墨换热器、磷酸循环泵在生产中发生的事故;分析设备事故的原因;介绍浓缩装置在磷酸循环泵过载,蒸汽压力过高,温度过高,浓酸出口温度过高,冷凝液酸度高等的联锁报警与安全保护系统。

| Abstract: | The equipment accidents and their reasons for the graphite heat exchanger and the phosphoric acid recycle pump in two sets of concentration units of Honglin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, are briefly analyzed, and an interlock alarm and protection system of WPA concentration unit is set up for the overloaded phosphate acid recycle pump, the over high vapor pressure and its temperature, the high outlet temperature of concentrated acid and the over high acidity of condensed liquid. |
